The State of Florida now has the highest number of cases of bad Chinese drywall in the entire county, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Now the IRS is offering some relief to affected homeowners.

Homeowners in 38 states have been searching for alternate housing because of worries about drywall in their homes that emits sulfur fumes and, many believe, makes them sick.

Even as hundreds of lawsuits have been filed over tainted drywall, which was mostly made in China, most insurance companies have not paid a dime.
