The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is demanding a United States Department of Justice criminal investigation of a major Florida homebuilding supply firm, a Chinese drywall manufacturer, and numerous major US homebuilders conspiring to conceal toxic Chinese drywall information from 1000′s-to-perhaps 10,000′s of Florida homeowners/families in 2005 & 2006.

The protocol requires extensive sampling and testing throughout the home and utilizes both technologies that are currently being used by the Consumer Products Safety Commission in their investigation of Chinese drywall.
