Lawyer for Defective Drywall, Foreclosure, and Fraud?

Need a lawyer in Florida to handle fraud, defective drywall, and foreclosure. I have an attorney now that is helping me for free for the foreclosure issue and he is doing a good job. But, he has found fraud on my GFE and Loan Application that were sent not signed by me and overstated, etc. Plus, now my insurance adjuster says I have bad chinese drywall. My attorney wants a lot of money up front now to help me settle this case and I can’t afford it. I need an attorney who can help me on a contingency basis.

You may not be able to find a lawyer to take this type case on contingency bases, try asking around but in general civil litigation cases even fraud most lawyers do not work on a contingency,
Personal injury, workers comp, social security disability lawyer will work on contingent bases majority of time, but in general civil litigation not so

Lots of drywall comes from China…but NOT all of it, was bad.
If your GFE was OVERSTATED…that is NOT illegal…only if it’s UNDERstated.
So far, doesn’t sound like you have much of a case.

If your attorney thinks you have a good case he wouldbe willing to take it on for a settlement.
